After completing his undergraduate degree in business administration at UCLA and two years military service in Korea, Mr. Sitzer attended law school at USC and received his Bachelor of Laws degree. Mr. Sitzer was admitted to the California Bar June 10, 1959. He began his practice with a firm in Beverly Hills, California for a few years before striking out on his own in a general civil practice with an occasional criminal matter adding spice to the mix.

Harvey was married and had two children. In 1979 he was divorced and soon thereafter began to emphasize family law in his practice. That emphasis has led to broad experience in hundreds of divorce cases over many years. With that experience, he is acutely aware of the pitfalls of a failed marriage. Thus, he began a study of the premarital agreement with a view to avoiding for his clients as many of those pitfalls as possible.

Each prenuptial agreement, or "prenup," must be tailored to meet the needs of each individual client, whether that need be asset protection, income protection, spousal support or all of the above. Harvey A. Sitzer will provide the personal attention to assist you in accomplishing your goals.

Mr. Sitzer has been remarried for twenty years and has four grandchildren.
